david-zUltimate Jam Night to pay tribute to the late David Zablidowsky (“David Z”) with a star-studded event on Tuesday night August 1 at The World Famous Whisky  A Go Go. No Cover to attend.

David Zablidowsky (“David Z”) was a beloved, and highly regarded musician based on the east coast. He was a member of the band Adrenaline Mob until the time of his death from a tragic tour accident on July 14, 2017. The band’s tour vehicle was struck by an out-of-control Semi Truck while changing a flat tire on the side of the road.

Prior to Adrenaline Mob, David Z. was also a member of the popular Trans-Siberian Orchestra which performs sold-out holiday shows each Christmas Season. He was also a member of Z02, a band which included his brother Paul Zablidowsky (“Paulie Z.”) featured on a hit IFC TV show for kids, a member of Soto with Jeff Scott Soto, and he toured with Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.

David Z.’s life was dedicated to helping develop children through music. His work with Z02 and many other efforts lead to amazing contributions to improvement in children’s life.

His brother, Paul Zablidowsky is the long-time show host of Ultimate Jam Night at the Whisky A Go Go. The brothers up until David’s untimely death were active in international child-development efforts with music. Paul Zablidowsky currently also continues as a child-educator in addition to his musical activities.

To continue the legacy of David Z’s efforts, the tribute helps create awareness for a scholarship fund in David Z.’s name just announced at Brooklyn College. The scholarship will provide college scholarships to young musicians.
