Canadian country superstar Tenille Townes bought her current tour to Nashville last night to a very lively and nearly sold out crowd. The 28 year old singer is currently out supporting her album The Lemonade Stand which won Album of the Year in the 2021 Canadian Country Music Awards. The singer has played in Nashville many times in the past, but she noted that last night was the first time she has headlined a show in Nashville. Townes continues her North American tour throughout February.
Opening the night was newcomer Alex Hall who is out supporting his debut EP Six Strings. Hall did an amazing job getting the crowd warmed up with a blistering 30 minute set. Not only are his songs catchy but his guitar skills are the standout, much like a Brad Paisley show.
