Eddie Veder and The Earthlings played their last 2022 show at The Magnolia in El Cajon California on Sunday February 27th.  The band was on a short US tour supporting Veder’s solo LP Earthling released earlier this month, which features an incredible all star lineup.  The touring group of Earthlings included Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, Jane’s Addiction bassist Chris Chaney, former Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, guitarist/vocalist Glen Hansard, and guitarist Andrew Watt.  This show was truly special for the jam-packed sold out audience in attendance with many fans recalling Veder’s time spent growing up locally in San Diego.  This tour ending performance did not disappoint, with a setlist full of songs from the new LP in addition to various covers, Pearl Jam songs, and special guests who played throughout the evening.
